This policy explains what personal information AegisFuse LLC collects through aegisfuse.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.
Information we collect
What you send us through the project form or by email: your name, work email, company, website, phone number if you choose to give it, and the details of your request. When you visit the site, our servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site working. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage statistics.
How we use it
To reply to your request and prepare a proposal, to run and secure the website, to understand which pages are useful (only with your consent), and, if you tick the optional box, to send you occasional articles and updates. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they use it: [hosting provider], [email provider], [scheduling tool] and [analytics provider, only with consent]. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Project requests that do not become projects are deleted after [24 months]. Client records are kept for the life of the contract and as long as tax and legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for [X days].
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and of non-essential cookies. Browsers’ Do Not Track signals are treated the same way.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to privacy@aegisfuse.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state, national or international law; we will respond within the time those laws require and will not treat you differently for using them.
International transfers
AegisFuse LLC is a US company, and part of our team works from El Salvador. Your information may be processed in the United States and El Salvador, with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date, and notify clients directly when a change materially affects them.
